Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. All competitions hosted by Patnatoys must have a minimum of 15 entries before applicable.

Section 20 - Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase let us know and we will be happy to take it back. You may choose a full refund or another item from our product list as a replacement. If the replacement product is cheaper than the initial product we will refund you the difference. If it is more expensive we will happily offer you the new item at a discounted rate.

Unfortunately if the item has already been installed, we are unable to resell it so in this instance we cannot accept a return.

Customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.

Section 21 - Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Section 22 - Order shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Patnatoy@gmail.com

Section 23 - Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to Patnatoy@gmail.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Toys is like food , When you go to a Restaurant and Eat food of 2500Rs ,After eating food disappears and you get delight in exchange .Same applies to Toys , Toys is like food for kids ,So that they can be happy and learn new things. So If your kids breaks toys after 2 days , It gives delight and then disappears just like food .

WHAT IF PATNATOYS TOY BREAKS IN 2 DAYS ?

Toys donot comes with any warranty ,But patnatoys takes an initiative to repair those toys for FREE . Just they will charge for the parts and service is free under 1 MONTH,(NOTE:We will try to make ,not guarantee )
